COVID-19 Statement from Jon Baltimore Music Co., Inc.

Here at Jon Baltimore Music Co. like all of you, we are aware of the ongoing severity of COVID-19. We understand the stress and anxiety surrounding this issue. We would like to inform you all that we are taking the necessary precautions and we are following the CDC (Centers for Disease Control Prevention) guidelines. Our store is constantly being properly ventilated and we are disinfecting our surfaces, door handles, etc. on a constant basis. We would like to assure you all that all of our mouthpieces are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized before AND after each use like always. Given the fact that instruments cannot be disinfected and sanitized like mouthpieces can, we regret to inform you all that as of now we cannot take any risks and allow our customers to try out any of our woodwind or brass instruments. We would like to reassure you all that the safety and health of our customers is our top priority. Please be informed, our repair facility is still in full swing. It is in our customer’s best interests that due to the virus, we are not allowing any of our repairmen to play or test any of the instruments that are left for repair. Upon pick-up of the repair, the player will be the only one testing out their horn. If any final adjustments are needed, it will be completed on the spot and tested out by the player themselves. As of right now, we will be operating normal business hours. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you all updated if anything should change. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or by e-mail. Stay safe everyone!

All the best,

Jon Baltimore Music Co., Inc.
